Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with MOVO . Shipping is free for all U.S. orders of $100 or above. Shipping for all U.S. orders under $100 is $7.00.

Orders will generally ship within 48 hours, over the holidays please allow some extra time for orders to ship.

IN THE EVENT THAT AN ITEM IN YOUR ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL SHIP OUT THE REST OF YOUR ORDER.

Please note we cannot be liable for any Post Office issues including. items Being Undeliverable as As Addressed, Post Boxes not being found, Unattended Deliveries being stolen, etc.

DUTY (NOT APPLICABLE ON ORDERS WITHIN THE US)

You will be requested to pay a duties fee upon your items reaching customs. This fee will generally be anywhere from 5% to 30% of your total order value. There might also be minimum shipping thresholds that you will not be charged for as well. It is the customer's responsibility to verify before shipping. You will need to accept these charges and accept the delivery. Once your shipment leaves our warehouse it is your responsibility to cover these charges.

MOVO is in no way responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages once it has left our warehouse.
